Some people would kill to be rich; some just kill the rich. A young man from a once-wealthy family is found dead in Central Park, shot in the chest. As Castle and Beckett investigate the crime, they catch the victim's friends — members of a deviant prep school clique — in a tangle of lies. Things get even more twisted when one of the friends shows up dead in what appears to be a suicide, prompting Castle and Beckett to start pointing fingers.
